Terms for consultations and placements

Service scope

GharBharosa provides private household staffing consultation, candidate introduction, interview coordination and placement support. We are not the direct employer of staff placed with a client unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate household requirements, lawful duties, safe working conditions, agreed compensation and respectful treatment. Clients remain responsible for final hiring decisions, supervision and compliance with applicable law.

Candidate information

Profiles and screening information are provided to support a hiring decision. Clients should independently review original documents, conduct interviews and verify references.

Fees and replacement

Fees, payment timing and replacement support are governed by the written quotation, placement agreement and our Placement & Replacement Policy.

Limitations

GharBharosa does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a candidate’s future conduct. Liability, if any, is limited to the remedies expressly stated in the written placement agreement to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

These website terms may be updated as the service develops. The terms agreed in a signed or accepted client placement document govern that specific placement.

These website terms should be reviewed by a qualified Pakistani lawyer before commercial launch.
