Placement & Replacement Policy
Clear placement terms and 90-day replacement support for private household clients.
Effective August 2026
Private placement terms
1. Placement fee
GharBharosa charges a professional placement fee or commission for successful introductions and coordination. The amount varies according to the role, experience level, schedule, location and complexity of the household brief. The exact fee is quoted privately and agreed in writing before the client confirms a candidate. The worker’s salary is separate and is paid directly by the client.
2. When the fee becomes payable
The agreed placement fee becomes payable when the client confirms the selected candidate and before the agreed starting arrangements are completed. No candidate should begin work until responsibilities, salary, schedule and placement terms are confirmed.
3. Ninety-day replacement support
One replacement introduction is available without an additional placement fee during the first 90 calendar days after the original start date if the worker leaves or the placement ends for a reasonable performance or suitability concern.
4. Replacement conditions
- ✓The replacement must have substantially the same role, duties, hours, location and salary range.
- ✓The client must notify GharBharosa promptly and clear all salary or other dues owed to the worker.
- ✓A materially changed requirement is treated as a new placement and may carry a new fee.
- ✓Replacement support does not apply where unlawful, unsafe, abusive or substantially misrepresented working conditions are reported.
5. Refunds
Placement fees compensate GharBharosa for consultation, sourcing, coordination and successful introduction. Any refund entitlement must be stated in the client’s written placement agreement. Where no refund is stated, the remedy during the support period is the replacement service described above.
6. Verification and responsibility
GharBharosa coordinates screening information and introductions, but no agency can guarantee a person’s future conduct. Clients should inspect original identity documents, conduct interviews, confirm references and follow applicable police-verification and employment requirements.
This policy is a business service framework and should be reviewed by a qualified Pakistani lawyer before it is used as a binding client agreement.
